Is it only me who can see a recemblance between Steve Buscemi (Con Air) and the new guitarist Jimmy Hedlund?
Can someone find lookalikes for the rest of the band?

Oh my...that IS rather scary...
-
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I SAW THAT FIRST! :!: :!:
:D
No kidding *g*
I was planing on making this kind of threat, cause the first time I saw a pic of Jimmy I was confused cause I never thought that Falconer would get Steve Buscemi as their solo guitarist *g* ;)
But then I thought it might be offending to post a comparison of those two guys, so I didn't.
But okay, as I see, this resemblance is too obvious *g*
-
It's quite funny, I thought the same (about the look alike thing).
-
....and so did we when he auditioned.
Well our former bass player looked like Ronnie Woods from Rolling Stones, so it's not the first time this sort of thing happens.
-
HAHAH that was awesome dude!
I'm gonna show it to him tomorrow.. since I am building his new computer.. He will have a laugh
-
Wow, crazy!
:lol2: I just showed this to my girlfriend and she said: "Hey, this is awesome, Steve Buscemi plays under an alias in Falconer!" (very roughly translated)
-
Oh Stefan found his way here too :)
OK, so now it's official right?
STEVE BUSCEMI PLAYS GUITAR FOR FALCONER !!!
:D  :)
-

I really hope that he won't get offended... that was not the meaning at least... I just thought it was way cool...
-
Eh Jimmy "Jimbo" Hedlund told me to say that he thaught it was very funny indeed and is not offended in any way, he just thinks it's cool! :)
-
They do kinda look alike.
What about:

Hmm...I knew there was a reason for my desire to pounce Kristoffer and do many naughty things to him.
Er...I mean...bake him cookies! Yes...cookies... :wonder:

I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm sweet and innocent and nary a naughty thought ever crosses my mind.
-
yeah yeah, i know .... :D
-
I sure hope Kristoffer is NOT Russell Crowe - otherwise, there will hardly be any future Falconer gig without a massive fight between singer and audience
But I think Russell would make a fine topic for a new falconer song. wrathlord or something (no offense, doomsword)
A dramatic metal anthem about a kiwi jackass who never can control his temper.
whatd'ya think, Stefan??

Our Stefan was mistaken for the HammerFall Stefan by someone on the old forum wasn't he? 8)

Yeah, :D I remember that too!
-
Well, they're both follically and vertically challenged. And they both play guitar in a scrumtrulescent manner (50 points to anyone who identifies where "scrumtrulescent" is from) and we all love them despite the former and because of the latter! :D
-
What the... could you please stick to internationally understandable English?

OK I know it means something that is so good it can't be expressed in words . Will Farrell I think is credited with "coining" the term during a skit on Saturday Night Live. Not sure when exactly but it was pre 2001. Is Satutday Night Live something people outside the US know of?

Depends what you define as "know of" and "outside of the US".
:)
I'm sure that it was screened in the UK and Canda and I have heard the name being a German.
Greetz,
Tex

Even if the TV show isn't seen worldwide I am sure many of the actors/comedians who are alumni of the show ARE known...like Will Farrell, John Belushi, Chevy Chase, Eddie Murphy,Dan Akroid, etc.
-
I love Will Ferrel's movies!
Can't wait till Anchorman comes to our screens!
-
I think most people in Germany have at least a faint idea of what SNL is. Actually, we recently had a "best of SNL" show on German TV and there was a very popular comedy show named Saturday Night as well, and I suppose the name alludes to the American original.
-
I've heard of Saturday Night Live, but i don't think it's aired in Australia

You, sir, are worse than Stalin.
-
where's that quot from? :?:
-
Metalmaiden gets 50 points. Woo!
Anchorman was funny. Stupid, but funny.
-
where's that quot from? :?:
It was The Simpsons - homer takes the fall for Patty and Selma smoking in the DMV and the manager-woman says "...and you sir, are worse than Hitler", but I cleverly changed it to Stalin....must be my Communist leanings.....

Thank you, thank you very much! *takes a bow* :D tehe
