Nah, it was only about $11. That's pretty cheap, even for domestic mead (which I also bought. technically the domestic brew was melomel) The domestic mead I bought was around $10. Together they cost about as much as a bottle of Absolut vodka, so I think I got off pretty well on meads there. ;)

There is a winery in California that makes it as well, I LOVE it, and I get to have the whole bottle as my fair metalmaiden thinks it tastes like medicine!!! 8)

Oh ok, that are around 8-9 Euro... it IS quite cheap, because here in Germany you have to pay this sum at least for a bottle of mead - and it isn't the best then.

Soooooooo...I drank the entire bottle of blueberry mead by myself with dinner.
Long story short: I'm never doing so again. Ever.
Mead is wicked in large doses. Bleahhhhhhh...

LOL yes. I learned my lesson, though!
Fortunately, I have no hangover this morning. I just had really fucked up dreams. But that's normal if I go to bed after drinking heavily. :shock:

I would, but neither of my parents care about mead, and all my friends don't live nearby to share it when I happen to be drinking it.
That...and it's probably the only alcohol I'm not willing to be overly-generous with. :lol:
