I chose the s/t album.  I think it is Falconer's finest work, and it has the most songs that I like on it.

However, my favorite song is on Chapters - The Clarion Call.  If that song were on the first album, I think Falconer would have had a very hard time topping their first album.  

Regardless of which album is my favorite, I do love them all!  I'm one of those fans that tends to like everything my top fav bands release. :)

The self-titled. There is no filler to be found, the songwriting is excellent and comes across as much more "natural", the production and mixing is the best yet; the thick guitar sound, thundering bass and punishing drums, all without it sounding sterile or overprocessed, it keeps an organic feel that suits the music perfectly. Sum all the parts and you get one of the best heavy power metal releases ever.

First album.  Best sound, best lyrics, best everything.  Chapters follows close behind though

The first one, totally. Every song is a classic, the songwriting, the lyrics, the melodies, the riffs, the vocals - everything perfect.
Chapters is almost as good, but it doesn't kick as much ass as no.1
And then, for some reason, I tend to listen to Sceptre more often than Chapters. Chapters evokes a more romantic atmosphere, whereas Sceptre strikes me as more powerful.
Expectations are high for the next album. Will Falconer gain back their erstwhile perfection?

Definitely the first one.
I think it says all that I managed to listen to it a whole year long, almost every day   :wink:

first one DEFINATELY. It has the most folkish sound and the vocals are extremely powerful. Chapters is definately my second choice.
