Studying in Sweden

So I've decided I'd like to try and get my Doctorate degree in Sweden.  The only problem is, I know NOTHING about what is required to study in Sweden, and the one person in the program I'm in right now (Educational Psych at SIU-C) is on Sabbatical!  :(

So if anyone has info about studying abroad in Sweden, please let me know.  I will, of course, be talking to the prof that is on sabbatical when she returns, which is supposed to be some time this spring.  But I'd like to try and be in Sweden by fall of 2008, if I can.
