I have such damn slow connection when I upload. I Have the video in better quality but it's on 126 MB. So it would take me 24 hours to send it by e-mail.  :(
Any ideas how to compress it?

Get a better connection?

Sorry to be so frank, but these are your options. MPEG is already a compressed format, so compressing it (RAR might do it, btw.) will not really help.
