Well it kind of sounds like the judge is leaning towards not having you in jail at all, if he can help it, since things keep ending up less and less than what you thought.

That's a good sign!


yeah it seems that way... and I am very thankful that the judge is being leaniant to me about this hole ordeal... all I can say is God is most definatly watching over me... huggers babes and thanks for the kind words
