Hm, Belgium, let's see. Not too much what comes to my mind...

- Fries
- Brussels lace
- Chocolates
- Brussels - as the capital of the European Union

Waffles- I am not sure if they originated here or if they have anything to do with Belgium but I love Belgian waffles, ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Belgian Pralines, (some of the finest chocolate I have ever tatsed)  :wink: wow!!!!!! I found this quote "The reputation of our gourmet food makes the French jealous and it is almost impossible to find chocolates as good as ours !" hahahahaha

Hmmh. They speek french there do they? And it is hot... atleast hotter than here? (Well, any place is hotter than here... perhaps not antarctis but..) That's about it.

Bad drivers (they are always on the road here, between the French highway and the German autobahn they have to cut across my main driving route and they drive me nuts)

I'd love to go to Belgium.  A friend of mine went this past spring and visited the WWII sites around Brussles and she loved it.

So when I think of Belgium I think of WWII and my friend.
