The "post your photos" thread!

I'll use this active thread for this although these are not pics on which you can see me, but pics I took. I put together some good pics I happened to do this year (plus two of last year with the old cam still) for collegues and others to see if they would like some on posters or something. A few will be ordered for my own purposes (sleeping/living room decoration). If you would like to license any of the pics in full size in order to get a poster, you're welcome to contact me.

Take your chances, I am not yet professionally doing this and not yet famous, so the license fees are still tiny, haha!

Though, I took some portraits of a female friend of mine for practicing with a human model and she gave three posters to her father this weekend as a birthday present - and the family thought she was at a professional studio and they sent really nice compliments my way. *enjoys*  :mrgreen:

I can show examples of that work directly, if you're interested, but I won't make them public that way currently. So if you ever happen to be in the area and would like to have some nice pics for friends, family or whoever (yourself?) - let me know.

well Odin i think this is pretty kool, i love the photo of that little lamb. realy realy nice picture. i dont know how you do it but its professional.

Thanks, Mas. How I do it... well, hard to say, I guess. There are the basics like good equipment and most of all good luck, I think. Beyond that it's the feeling for an idea, an impression, an image mainly, the rest comes on its own.

Oh, that IS good equipment. Age doesn't matter much here, I think, as long as it works... And you can guess the crappy scanner.

But of course that is only a tiny basic. See the two pics with sun on/over the water; they were taken last year with the old non-SLR digi, but still look nice as long as you don't get them printed larger then about 20x30cm.

More pictures will be in the festival report, once I have it ready.
