I sense the folk elements will be more prominent on this album than ever before?  I love the solo as well, it will be good to hear songs in the old style with Jimmy shredding away.

Haha, wow .... this one i totally awsome!

One of the best songs i've heard from Falconer actually. The part with "dark waters come raven come and be our guide ......" is perfect. Mathias soft voice fits so well. But still you guys are kinda evil making us listen to awsome stuff knowing we will not hear it in it's full glory until 22 september.

The question is, will every song be this good? (or at least somewhat near)

Good good goooood! Falconer is back, folk metal rocks!
Hard rocking, melodic and poetic with undertones of greensleeves. Winning combination!

I surely hope Tower of The Queen is one of them. While listening to the teaser it seems to be a superb track. Iam so glad old Falconer is back :D .

One more thing, what does Knave mean? (går bra att förklara på svenska )

Tower of the queen is one of them. At least IMO.

Knave = Cheat, swindler / Soldier (English)
Knave = Knekt / Kanalje (Swedish)

Northwind seems great and I love the guitars and Mathias' singing, and the part between 3:00 and 3:20. I do however think that the chorus is the weak point of this song. But it is growing on me. My grade after 4 listenings is: a solid Falconer song, but not among the all time best. But that soft part after 3 minutes really kicks ass.

Epic in it's scope... the Falcon takes it's sweeps and flies high again!

Mathias is back and so are Falconer in the way we learned to love them!

Absolutely beautiful!  I don't believe I've ever heard Matthias sing quite so high before.  :shock:  Stefan, please try to get Matthias to join the forums so we (read: I) can ramble on about how great his singing is!  In leiu of that, please tell him I'm increadibly pleased and happy and all other adjectives that describe pleasure, at his return and his singing.

And the guitars and drums and...and...I sound like such a broken record here - you guys are amazing!

I pre-ordered the album from Metal Blade, too.  YAY!  *bounces with glee* The release cannot come soon enough!
