Favourite five albums!

I realize the irony of the concept, but I like to think that Falconer's albums are so good that they all qualify for top five...

1. Chapters of a Vale Forlorn
2. Falconer
3. Northwind
4. Sceptre of Deception
5. Grime vs. Grandeur

What do you guys think?

I do not hate GvG - it's one of my favorite metal albums. It's just not a Falconer album and hence an obvious choice for No.5 with a big hiatus in between ^^

And I'm not letting go of that halo either. Northwind made a strong reach for that halo, but just isn't heavy enough to earn it. Maybe the next album will, I am optimistic.  :twisted:

I really think Grime is a better production than Sceptre, but the song/melody material on Sceptre attracts me more.

Yeah, I'm only kidding. I don't hate it by any means  (but I also wouldn't call it one of my favourite albums), its just a definite black sheep in the catalogue.

I'm sure in a few years time it will be a much more appreciated album once the focus of it being the 'disappoinitng new album' is completety gone.

There are no bad records that Falconer have done. Every single record is good in it's own way.
