I've thought about this before...

Falconer - Portals Of Light (I happen to be playing it now  :o )
Pantera - Cemetary Gates (Why hasn't anyone said this??)
Opeth - To Bid You Farewell (self explanatory)

And i'd like all the normal things at a funeral, my corpse impaled on an inverted cross over a flaming pit of priests, necromancers chanting my burial rituals in a circle around me, and shamans summoning spirits from my incinerated corpse

Anything else while I'm taking notes?
Beautiful virgins dancing around the pyre, perhaps?

Epitaph by King Crimson is definitely my choice.

"The wall on which the prophets wrote
Is cracking at the seams.
Upon the instruments of death
The sunlight brightly gleams.
When every man is torn apart
With nightmares and with dreams,
Will no one lay the laurel wreath
As silence drowns the screams.

Between the iron gates of fate,
The seeds of time were sown,
And watered by the deeds of those
Who know and who are known;
Knowledge is a deadly friend
When no one sets the rules.
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools.

Confusion will be my epitaph.
As I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back
And laugh.
But I fear tomorrow I’ll be crying,
Yes I fear tomorrow I’ll be crying."

I don't want a funeral or anything. But if I did, I'd want Pantera- Cemetary Gates to play.

Definitely "Yeha Noha" .. an Indian song which gives me peace. It means "Wishes for happiness and prosperity".
It lifts me up where i belong.
