I think he's referring to a certain beverage that sort of boosts your energy in connection with work outs.

Falconizer™ is a blueish (it shifts into deep purple if alcohol is added) drink sold only on K-Mart™ (exclusively in USA). Most band members has signed the first 1002 produced bottles, but Stefan will not participate as he hates exercising more than 'Scanners' (classic horror movie).
