Although I think this is not the worst star trek film it sure ain't the best as well... :wink:
But I guess this discussion would leave us too much astray from this topic right ?
But feel free to send me a PM since I am not only a devoted metal man, I am a star trek fan since I was 8 years old (especially TOS, TNG and Voyager)....

Well I sure am glad you werent THAT serious.
You are right, were going astray with this trek thing, but let me just say the following things and we can cut this thing out.
I like the eigth eighth ... (howdyaspelthis) the 8th movie the best.
And I used to be a big trekie when I was smaller, but now I only watch it every now and then if I happen to come across it. I liked TNG the best, DS9 became very good in its last seasons. Voyager was promising but ended up being rather poor.
Now Im a huge Stargate fan as you can probably tell (combine Egyptology with scifi - whatdya get? stargate!)...
but eeehnyway - this is the now playing topic, right? If there still IS any discussion demand on this, well, then I guess PM isnt such a bad idea after all.

Hm, I almost completely agree with you. What I can't agree is Voyager - from the beginning to the end crap and only crap.

If there's a discussion wanted, I (or Tex or Odin) could split this topic and we could just make a new topic talking about StarTrek/Stargate/favourite TV shows/etc. That's what "Talk" was made for ;)
