And youre right Mathias cannot be matched up in vocals. But the album makes up for the lack in vocals by its fine concept and the amazing songs. Already the title track is reason enough to buy the album. Its as least as good as Lord of the Blacksmiths and the refrain is the best Falconer ever made.
Besides, Kristoffer's voice is very similar to Mathias' and I must admit when I listened to it the first time I couldt tell between them. For as you know Mathias did do some guest vocals on Sceptre and they become even more precious as they are so rare. Sad but true. Its a shame they wont do it again. Furthermore, Kristoffer brings a whole new powerful aspect into the songs because whereas his voice is not as let me just say divine as Mathias', he brings more anger and radness.
But Im goin astray yet again.
