I live for metal and where I am from, there is not a big metal scene.  I see it as a mission for myself, to spread the majestic sound of metal to my friends, acquaintances, family, etc. in the hopes that they will come  to listen, appreciate, and live for metal like I do.

That's very intersting!!  We have a firstname in Greece that has the same meaning. It's "Fotis" (Fos = light in greek, though to pronounce it correctly one should write ph instead of f ). -and it happens to be my husband's name , as well -
 My real name is Theodora, which means  gift from God, (Theos = God), Dora from doron = gift, present. Where "d" replaces our letter "delta", pronounced as "the" article.

Oooh, I should ask my Buddhism teacher.  He knows Sanskrit.  I've been having fun learning the Pali and Sanskrit worlds used in Buddhism.

Well i might disappoint you with that,cause my knowledge is mainly of  words coming from Greek and Latin.
The only thing i know (and i guess you know it too) is that yr name derives from Nathanael (th pronounced as 'theory") who was one of Jesus' disciples and that is a Hebrew name.But since i have no knowledge whatsoever on Hebrew (exept from the word Hebrew itself), i cannot offer more help with the meaning  (but maybe our friend from IsraHELL can - and i would be more than happy if she did ,always eager to learn more-).
I can help you though with names such as Phillip, Peter, Dimitris ,Diana, Mars, Cronus, Gaia, ,Irene, Tilemachos, Palestines, etc, etc..
