* give the thread the title "Introducing band: NAME OF YOUR BAND" where "NAME OF YOUR BAND" is the name of your band
* only post 1 introduction posting PER YEAR

You will not
* leave comments taking away traffic from this board, e.g. asking B4M-visitors to post at your boards - if they want to, they will do so
* ask for feedback via guestbook, email or instant messenger - if you post about your band *here* you will receive feedback about your band *here*

All this is not negotiable of course. If you want feedback send promotional stuff to Bleeding for Metal and have your music reviewed and/or send stuff to MetalMeltdown and have your music played on the radio. If you want to advertise for your band, ask for the Bleeding for Metal pricing system.
