The majority of University students were born in 1983.
1.They've never listened to "We are the world" and they think that the song "Uptown girl" is Westlife's and not Billy Joel's.
2.AIDS exists since they were born.
3.CDs exist since they were born.
4.Michael Jackson has already turned white.
5.John Travolta is a plump guy and they can't imagine this overweight guy being a fantastic dancer once.
6.They think that "Charlie's angels" and "Mission Impossible" are relatively new films.
7.They cannot imagine their computers with a black/white or green screen.
8.They never played Pac-man.
9.They cannot believe that tv screens were once black/white and they don't know how to switch on their tv without a remote control.
10.Also, they cannot imagine how it would be possible for anyone to go to the University without his/her mobile phone.
Now let's see if you are getting old:
1.You're smiling (having comprehended the above content).
2. You need more sleep after staying up all night.
3.All your friends are getting married (or they already are).
4.You are amazed by watching little kids using a computer with such an ease.
5.You shake your head when seeing youngsters with a mobile phone.
6.You develop more bonds with your work.. it is your life after all.
7.You spend less time talking to your friends on the phone every day.
8.You meet your friends once in a while, talk about the good old times and constantly repeat your jokes and funny stories with each other.
9.After having read this text you've already thought of sending it to some of your friends.
You think they will like it.

Is that a smile on your lips???
University (My DOB 1982)
1. I've heard both songs, and I LIKE Billy Joel. :D
2. Didn't know that, but now I do!
3. Same as #2. They were still advertising "2 records and 2 cassettes" on TV for music collections.
4. Yup!
5. I saw Saturday Night Fever.
6. Nope, I watched both TV shows when I was little. With my Dad.
7. Yes I can, those were technologically advanced back then! I used to know how to use DOS too! But um, not anymore.
8. Yes I did, and I hated it because I was horrid at it.
9. Yes I can, and no I can't. When my parents were young, they didn't HAVE TVs yet (seriously.) and when they got them, they were B&W. We didn't get a TV with remote control until High Schoo.
10. I can, because I didn't take mine to school with me until my 3rd year of college. I did not walk from class to class with it. However, when not in class I kept it with me in case someone needed to get ahold of me. It also saved on long-distance calling if I needed to call home.
Getting old?
1. hahah, yes!
2. That's true. I used to be able to stay up all night in high school. Now it's like "Sleeep...neeeeeed..."
3. They are! Or they're having children.
4. I am. Me + Technology = ???
5. I do. When I was at community college, people would get out of class and immediately get on their phone. Every student did this! I thought it was stupid. I still think it's stupid. It's like...who the heck are they calling???
6. Umm...well, when I get out of grad school I'll let you know.
7. I hate calling people.
8. That's true. Sadly true.
9. Umm...should I
