Yes, we are reminded that life is so fragile its true but it is just gut wrenching when young children are involved. To have their mom taken away...its just, even more, so very  sad.

hey Y'all time for the monthly check in.. seems that things are kinda falling off pace which happens from time to time...


Im in texas atm visiting friends as i make my way back home to washington state... enjoying much needed sun and warmth.. killing my friends in drag racing and go cart riding.. they have this killer place in Dallas called Speed Zone that has various things you can do, they have grand prix go carts that like do 50 MPH on a real windy track that grip like hell and you can really feel the "G"'s as you go around some of the corners.... then they hav go carts on what is called a slick trac, where they put a powder down on the track and you slide around through the corners and trie not to wreck while pushing your other oponants around and making them slide out, point being get around the track the most and have the fastest lap times.... there is also what is called the turbo track where you are basically in a fast ass go cart that you can fly around the track and race against other racers trying to beat their lap times and get the best........ then my personal favorite. the dragsters... yep thats right.. for you NHRA and IHRA drag car fans they have a special track with actual quarter scale drag cars with small block chevy 350 engines and a 2 speed tranny.. you pre stage and stage like an actual dragster and count the tree out trying to get the best reaction (leave the tree time) time possible and the first one to the end of the hundred foot track wins... these things are real fast doing 70-75 MPH at the end of the track.... and needless to say, but your very own Ryan here has now claimed the title on the all time record for fastest reaction with a impecable leave time off the tree of .003... which is good enough on their tree to qualify with drivers like kenny bernstein and john force, two of my drag car heros...

I have had alot of fun here and am gong to be sad to leave this week, but next stop phoenix arizona.. I cant wait to get there.. alot of fun as well with there nascar and grandprix tracks for racong and casino's... hope all are doing well and if not having as much fun as I am atm at least still having fun.... take care every one....

Only access to the net is at work currently. Luckily not much to do here, so I am doing quite okay. Still this really sucks big time. Can't do anything serious about the website(s) and so on...

Feeling a little down due to personal issues and especially monetary (heavy) problems (wrecked my car, gotta buy loads of stuff for my new living place - at least the fundamental things for living...). Furthermore the possibility for my diploma thesis vanished again after it looked so promising... damn... hanging in the balance a little bit now... *sigh*

Buuuuuut we are looking forward to the second edition of B4M TV which is in the cutting and production, translation (subtitles) etc. at the moment and the third one is already in the planning stage! 8)

Quick check-in --

On my way down to NYC  to see Apocalyptica this evening....a little break in my extremely busy schedule. We've rolled forward the lauch date for our new software suites at work so that has extended the stress into the fall it seems. Although one highlight is, with a little luck, it may free me up to attend a particular festival over in Europe I'm dying to go to. We'll see.  Looks like more work and training for the next few weeks and a get-a-way long weekend at Easter for sauna and relaxation.

I've got one word for you "BLEH". Sorry that its  taken me so long to come back around. School and family takes up a lot of my time now. I know...I'm so behind on everything. It comes with actually paying attention in school and doing homework. Which by the way, I passed all of my classes last semester and this/next week is midterms! wow! Time does fly!! Anyway, I missed ya'll, and I'll be around here and there.
