Jesus Tapdancing Christ!

What a blast we had that Saturday night!!! Freakin unbelievable!
The most fun I ever had. Wham. And it really made the arduous journey worth the effort:
A little summary:
Hadn't had a good night's sleep in like 3 days.
Getting wasted Friday night.
Sleeping for three hours. My buddy was, I was wide awake.
6 hours on the train to Würzburg.
Finding the "right" bus to Giebelstadt was a miracle. The information was hidden very well.
Arriving in Giebelstadt, the alleged location of the festival, we learned that this was not the case - we started on a funny 5 kilomiters walk to the bloddy i-park hall...
boy were we pissed...

But we met some cool people - no surprise, since metalheads are the nicest people on the planet. Im very happy that new aquaintance David (hail!) recommended Random Eyes to us - great performance and a very amusing chat outside after the show.
Majesty were kick-ass as well - with more and more beer we banged our heads to the German Manowar  :D

Needless to say that Falconer blew us away. "Mein Hut der hat drei Ecken" - Who ever came up with that idea? Hilarious.
It's a pity though that you didn't play "Sceptre..." - that song should be in every live performance!
Now I have to brag a little: I got Jimmy's pick, the self-printed "Spelordning i Tyskland 2005" with Kriss' footprint on it (for 500 bucks is yours, fellas!)
and not to forget Kriss' very own Falconer shirt! Yeah baby! (sorry again, dude who drove us to the railway station!   )
But hey Kriss, there's a funny little stain on the right sleeve - what were you doing with that before the show?

Was awesome talking to you guys, and of course getting my booklets signed.
To sum it all up: It was RAD!

Well gotta go, hopefully we'll meet again as soon as possible! Germany needs you!

with Egyptian regards,

Freddy Krueger AKA The Dude with the Bird Head ^ ^

ps. i think its respectable that Kriss has the courage to do that sort of "thing" (i dont even know how to call that alien-looking something...) with his hair. some of the criticism points out that the metal scene isnt always as all-tolerant as often portrayed by everyone.

Hello Birdheaded Dude

Really glad tou liked the show. We do our best to pleas all the Germans.
Really dont know what the stain is but if you try, perhaps you can make a little Kriss "Mini me" out from it! Ha ha ha!!
That would be cool. A litlle alien-looking dude who sings really short versions of Falconer songs.  :band:

Was great talking to you and I was really impressed that you knew all the lyrics. You surely seem to know them better than me, ha ha.

"Mine hut" was a goof I thought of the day before the gig. I luaughed my head of just from the thougt. And even sang on the plane down to the gig. The personal on the flight started to sing along in the cabin!

Well. enough for tonight.
Hope to see you again.

Stay true to Metal, my friend.

/ Kriss

That's probably just because I listen to your albums almost every day, whereas I'm sure you guys tend to get tired of your own music after a while

And as for the "mini-yous" - my friend who was with me that night, he actually cracked that same joke about the shirt several times, like: "Maybe you can clone lots of little mini Göbels out of that!"
But now that you came up with the same idea, maybe I should do it and see a genetic engineerer with that shirt. But I'm gonna need an extra hair sample, I'm sure there is no scientist on earth who can Franken-clone that hairdo!
And if I get the Nobel prize for Applied Metal Genetics, I promise I'll share it with you

See you soon and, well, I'm gonna take care of the kids. I'm sure most of them will climb out of the lab with a triangular hat ^ ^

WIth Egyptian Regards,

The Dude with the Bird Head

Hey, isn't that some kind of Buddy Holly? Nah, not exactly, I know, but I like the idea that Kriss looks somewhat like one of those Rock'n'Roll singers back then, yeah! :D

                   former favourite metalband sold out
the metalband falconer disappointed by playing "mein hut der hat 3 ecken" instead of  songs fans´ hearts yearned for

no tolerance regarding personal preferences?
no sense of humor?

im sorry, but i thought we were all metalheads here. maybe i was mistaken when i thought that 99 percent of those have awesome personalities. i guess that number has gone down a bit.

Egyptian Regards,

The Guy with the Eaglehead!

oh and FYI - the show was rad!

And how, exactly, does one stageact like a whimp (sic) ?
